Fabric Surface and Glass-Wool Construction
The panel is constructed with an acoustically transparent fabric or perforated-leather face over a centrifugal glass-wool core. The product data sheet lists a core density of 110 kg/m³ and core thicknesses of 25 and 50 mm. A white fiberglass-tissue layer is applied to the rear surface.
The permeable finish allows sound energy to enter the porous core instead of being reflected directly back into the room. A separate 25 mm, 80 kg/m³ fabric panel was tested over a 50 mm air space. This assembly achieved αw 0.60(H) and Sound Absorption Class C according to ISO 11654:1997.

The supplied installation system uses C- and U-shaped light-gauge steel framing with acoustic infill inside the wall build-up. Horizontal plywood strips are attached to the supporting structure, followed by dedicated panel clips that secure the fabric wrapped panels.
Vertical framing is shown at no more than 600 mm centers. Final strip dimensions, fixing spacing, fasteners and panel layout should be coordinated through an approved project drawing.
